I am one of Chris’ loyal customer and have GAS maintain my beloved GTI and Z4.  I can save more elsewhere, but Chris is just one of does honest good people.  Easy to deal with and always pleasant, even when he’s busy. Chris is always kind, honest and accommodating! I needed to get new tires but had an issue with my wheel lock so I had to visit Chris first. Chris was kind enough to coordinate with the tire shop near by to get my vehicle there and back and all sorted and it made a pain of a task much easier. I bought a used vintage Mercedes with only 90k miles on it and took it to German Auto Services for a full run through, and had them check a rattling noise. They went through everything and gave me a detailed report of the car’s condition and fixed the rattle with an explanation of what was wrong. I really appreciate how Chris explained everything to me in a way a non car expert could totally understand. I was really happy with the service so when a bunch of check engine lights started beeping at me seemingly out of nowhere I called and they had me bring it in. It turned out to just be low on brake fluid. Chris remembered me and my car and did the refill within an hour. This included aftermarket parts when I needed a new suspension, which most people wouldn't. Chris is always friendly, happy to help, and very communicative about what's going on.
